Romans used nostrī and vestrī to indicate possession along with their counterpart possessive adjectives (found below).
They did not use vestrum or nostrum to indicate possession!

These decline just like 1st/2nd declension adjectives that you already know like magnus -a -um
They also modify a noun by matching Gender, Number and Case!
