I see that across the board students are doing well with intuitive translation (looking at the text as a whole, identifying familiar vocabulary and forms, creating a rough translation).

Overall, students are now struggling with narrowing down the grammatical details and using those details to put the whole puzzle together into a smooth translation that remains true to the Latin.
​
Thus, we will slow down, back up a bit and work through this stage of getting precise with those details.
​
The Latin language requires various methods all pulled together into one final project. So, we don't want to get hung up on just one part for a lengthy time, We will focus on certain aspects of the process and move forward, narrow down again on the troubling areas, focus on it and then push forward again.
